Dual-tone black and white cabin Touchscreen and rotary controls 360bhp plug-in hybrid setup expected
JSW Motors is preparing to introduce a new SUV based on the JeTour T2 in India, with its debut scheduled for December 4, 2026. Ahead of its official unveiling, the upcoming model has been spotted testing once again, and the latest spy shots give us a closer look at its India-spec interior. The new SUV is expected to feature a premium cabin, a rugged exterior design and a plug-in hybrid powertrain. JSW has also started setting up dealerships across the country ahead of its market entry. Here are the key interior and feature details revealed so far.
The latest spy shots reveal a dual-tone black and white interior theme. The dashboard features a squared touchscreen infotainment system, while the three-spoke multifunction steering wheel adds to the modern cabin design. The SUV also gets vertically positioned AC vents on either side of the dashboard and rectangular air vents on the centre console. Other visible elements include a compact gear selector, a rotary dial with physical buttons and a storage space ahead of the front armrest. The A-pillars also get grab handles, while the seats feature contrast white stitching. Overall, the cabin follows a combination of rugged styling and premium touches.

The new JSW SUV is expected to offer a good mix of comfort and convenience features. While the complete equipment list is yet to be revealed, the latest spy images confirm several interior details. The rotary control on the centre console could make it easier to access different vehicle functions. The SUV's cabin layout also appears to offer practical storage spaces and a user-friendly control arrangement. More details about the infotainment system, connected technology and other equipment are expected to emerge closer to its India debut.
Apart from the interior, the upcoming JSW SUV will feature a bold, boxy exterior design inspired by the global JeTour T2. Key highlights include large dual-tone alloy wheels, roof rails, flared wheel arches and side steps. At the rear, it gets vertically stacked LED tail-lamps, a high-mounted stop lamp and a square spare wheel cover mounted on the tailgate. A chunky rear bumper and shark-fin antenna complete the rugged appearance.
The new JSW SUV is expected to use a plug-in hybrid setup comprising a 1.5-litre petrol engine, an 18.4kWh battery pack and two electric motors. In its global specification, this powertrain produces a combined output of 360bhp and 610Nm of torque. It also offers a claimed electric-only range of up to 90km under the NEDC testing cycle. However, JSW Motors has not confirmed whether the India-spec model will get the same powertrain and performance figures.
The new JSW SUV is scheduled to make its India debut on December 4, 2026. Interestingly, the global JeTour T2 has already received a mid-life facelift, but the latest test vehicle suggests that India could get the earlier version. With its dual-tone cabin, modern dashboard layout, rugged styling and expected plug-in hybrid powertrain, the upcoming SUV will be an important addition to JSW Motors' India portfolio. Its final name, price and launch details are yet to be announced.
