Hyundai Motor India is now preparing to introduce the updated Alcazar in the Indian market. Recently, the vehicle was spotted undergoing testing in South Korea. Despite heavy camouflage, the latest spy image reveals the presence of new LED taillights.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: What to Expect?
Based on the teaser images, the Alcazar Facelift could feature a redesigned rear fascia. It is likely to get L-shaped tail lamp clusters, connected by an LED light bar. In addition, the SUV is set to receive a twin chrome exhaust setup and taller roof rails.
The South Korean automaker is expected to implement some modifications to the vehicle’s front profile, possibly drawing inspiration from the new Creta's design.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Tech Features
On the inside, it is likely to adopt the all-new dashboard found in the updated Creta. It will be equipped with features such as dual 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster.
Other expected features will include dual-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and ADAS tech.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Powertrain Options
The facelifted Alcazar is likely to house a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel unit under the hood. While the petrol engine will generate a maximum power of 158 bhp with 253 Nm of torque, the diesel mill will deliver 114 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque. As for the transmission options, these powertrains are expected to be paired with manual and automatic gearboxes.
