The long-awaited 2025 Kia Carens Clavis has finally been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Official bookings of the MPV has already been started and interested customers can pre-book it by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000.
This premium MPV is available in 7 broad variants - HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK Plus, HTK Plus (O), HTX and HTX - and in three engine choices.
The Clavis 1.5L NA version is available in 3 variants - HTE 7-Seater, HTE (O) 7-seater and HTK 7-seater - priced at Rs 11.50 lakh, Rs 12.50 lakh and Rs 13.50 lakh, respectively.
The turbo petrol version is priced between Rs 13.40 lakh and Rs 21.50 lakh. On the other hand, the Clavis diesel price starts at Rs 13.50 lakh and goes up to Rs 19.50 lakh, ex-showroom.
The new premium MPV is available in 8 exterior colour options namely, Imperial Blue, Glacier White Pearl, Clear White, Pewter Olive, Gravity Gray, Aurora Black Pearl, Ivory Silver Gloss and Sparkling Silver.

The new Clavis is offered in 3 engine options - a 1.5L NA Petrol, a 1.5L Turbocharged Petrol and a 1.5L Turbo Diesel. The former is capable of producing 113bhp and 144Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The turbocharged petrol engine churns out 157bhp and 253Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission or DCT. The oil burner is good for 114bhp and 250Nm of torque, and is paired to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
