Skoda Slavia facelift revealed ahead of launch in October Deliveries to commence during festive season Gets a new 8-speed AT gearbox and larger screens

The much-anticipated Skoda Slavia facelift has finally been revealed in the Indian market. Interested customers can pre-book the sedan online or at authorised Skoda dealerships, while the prices will be revealed in the first week of October. Deliveries are scheduled to commence during the festive season, ahead of Diwali. The updated model comes with cosmetic design and interior changes along with a range of new features and an 8-speed AT gearbox for the 1.0L TSI Petrol engine.

The updated model looks largely identical to the outgoing sedan, except for the few cosmetic design changes to the headlights, tail-lights, grille, bumpers and alloy wheels. The sedan gets sequential turn indicators at the rear, while the tail-lights are connected by a new faux trim piece with SKODA lettering. Skoda has introduced two new colours - Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige. However, the deliveries of the Slavia Cappuccino Beige variant will begin from December. Other colours include Brilliant Silver, Shimla Green, Carbon Steel, Candy White, Steel Grey, Lava Blue, Cherry Red and Deep Black.

The dashboard design remains the same, but it now gets larger screens. The sedan gets a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment unit and a new 10.25-inch digital driver’s display replaces the 8-inch unit. Both screens come with new graphics and features. The car is available with a single pane sunroof. It also gets a 360-degree surround view camera. The Skoda Slavia facelift is now equipped with variable-geometry compressor for better AC performance.

Engine and Gearbox Options

The 2026 Skoda Slavia facelift continue to be offered with the same 1.0L 3-cylinder turbo and 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo petrol engines. The former produces 115hp and 178Nm, while the 4-cylinder direct-injection turbo unit is good for 150hp and 250Nm of torque. Instead of a 6-speed automatic gearbox, the 1.0L engine gets a new 8-speed torque converter automatic unit. It also gets a 6-speed manual gearbox. The 1.5L engine will continue to be offered with a 7-speed DCT.
