New Skoda Slavia Gets Exterior Updates

The facelifted Slavia gets a revised front-end with new all-LED headlights and sequential LED indicators. The grille has also been updated with a new outer design and chrome-finished vertical slats. The front bumper has been redesigned and gets a new 3D arrow-like air intake. The LED projector fog lights now replace the earlier halogen units. At the rear, the Slavia gets updated LED taillights with sequential indicators. The Monte Carlo version also gets red brake callipers and all-black alloy wheels.

More Features Inside the Cabin

One of the biggest changes inside the new Slavia is the larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, replacing the previous 8-inch unit. It also gets updated graphics and turn-by-turn navigation. The infotainment system has been updated with a 10-inch screen and built-in connectivity. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are also available. The Slavia facelift gets a 360-degree camera as well. The system uses cameras mounted at the front grille, ORVMs and tailgate to provide a bird's-eye view of the car. This makes the Slavia the first model from Volkswagen Group India's 2.0 programme to get this feature.

Another highlight is the rear-seat massage function. The feature is available for the two outer rear seats, while the middle passenger does not get the massage function due to the fold-down centre armrest. The updated sedan also gets Google Cloud Automotive AI Agent and Gemini-based voice assistance.

New 8-Speed Automatic Gearbox

The 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine continues to produce 114bhp and 178Nm. It is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox, while the facelift introduces a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic. This new automatic replaces the earlier 6-speed torque-converter unit offered with the 1.0 TSI. The same 8-speed automatic is also available with the Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. The 1.5-litre TSI engine continues with its 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.

New Colours for the Slavia

The 2026 Skoda Slavia is available in 10 exterior colour options, excluding dual-tone combinations. Two new shades have been added to the range - Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige. With the updated styling, new technology, 360-degree camera, rear-seat massage function and the new 8-speed automatic, the Slavia continues to sit as one of the key models in Skoda's sedan lineup.
