9-seater Bolero Neo+ is available in two variants - P4 & P10 Priced at Rs 11.39 lakh, the SUV is offered with a 2.2L diesel engine It is 405 mm longer than the standard Bolero Neo
The homegrown UV maker, Mahindra, has launched the long-awaited Bolero Neo+ in the country. The three-row SUV is offered in a nine-seater avatar with 2+3+4 seating configurations. The SUV is available in two variants - P4 and P10 - priced at Rs 11.39 lakh and Rs 12.49 lakh, respectively, (all prices, ex-showroom).
Compared to the 7-seater Bolero Neo, the Neo+ is around Rs 1.49 lakh and Rs 1 lakh more expensive than the equivalent variant. The 9-seater Mahindra Bolero Neo+ is available in 3 exterior paint schemes - Napoli Black, Majestic Silver, and Diamond White.
Powering the Mahindra Bolero Neo+ is a new 2.2-litre 4-cylinder mHawk diesel engine that churns out a maximum power output of 118bhp and a peak torque of 280Nm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox. As a reminder, the regular 7-seater Bolero Neo is powered by a 1.5L diesel engine that is good for 100bhp and 260Nm of torque.
In terms of proportions, the new Bolero Neo+ is 4400mm in length, 1795mm in width and 1812mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2680mm. Compared to the standard model, the new 9-seater SUV is 405mm longer and 5mm taller. The SUV has a fuel tank of 60-litres capacity.
The new Bolero Neo+ comes equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, premium Italian interiors, sporty headlamps, HVAC with Eco-mode, micro-hybrid technology, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, power windows, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, ABS with EBD and dual airbags.
Mahindra has also introduced the Ambulance variant of the Bolero Neo+, which is priced at Rs 13.99 lakh. This Type B Ambulance is fully compliant to AIS 125 norms. It has a single-person operable stretcher mechanism, PA system, dual-tone siren, provision of IV bottles & oxygen cylinder, etc.
