The new-generation Kia Telluride 2027 is all set to make its global debut on November 202, 2025 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. After releasing the teaser images, Kia has released more pictures of the new full-size SUV. Cleverly disguised in a unique full-body wrap, the new Telluride tested through a gruelling off-road trek. The company has also released a video teaser that shows the SUV’s capabilities.
The big SUV comes with a solid and boxy profile complemented by sharply defined fenders. The latest photos reveal the slim vertical LED lights up front, while the rear also has the similar treatment for the tail-lights.

The new-gen Kia Telluride will source most of its mechanics with the new Hyundai Palisade. The SUV will have smoother body panels and flush-type door handles. Some of the design highlights include an egg crate-style front grille, thick rear pillar, flared-out rear fenders, dual glass sunroof and prominent roof rails.
The rear has simpler design with smoother surfaces and a rugged bumper. It features a large tailgate and vertically-stacked tail-lights. There are less creases and curves on the tailgate that odds to its tough looks.
The new-gen Kia Telluride interiors are yet to be revealed, but it is expected to be more luxurious and feature-loaded. It will have a larger infotainment unit and a digital driver’s display along with high-quality materials all-around the interior panels. The new big SUV is expected to be around 65mm longer than its predecessor, and its wheelbase is likely to be increased by 70mm.
The previous spy images reveal that the new Telluride will also receive the more rugged X-Line and X-Pro models. These models will have increased ground clearance, all-terrain tires, electronic limited-slip rear differential’s and improved approach and departure angles. The rugged variants will come with a unique front bumper with red recovery hooks, and a lifted suspension.
The new-gen Kia Telluride is expected to be offered with two new engines, including a 3.5-litre V6 that produces 287hp and 352Nm, and a 3.8-litre V6 developing 291hp and 355Nm. The SUV is also likely to get a hybrid powertrain, featuring a turbocharged 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine, a 1.65kWh battery pack, and two electric motors along with a six-speed automatic gearbox. The combined power and torque output stands at 329hp and 460Nm, respectively.
