BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro offers 258 hp and 400 Nm torque. 0-100 kmph in 6.3 seconds makes it the quickest X3 in India. Priced at Rs 74.50 lakh with added sport and tech features.
BMW India has added a new top petrol variant to its premium SUV range - the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro. The standard X3 lineup already includes the xDrive 20 petrol and xDrive 20d diesel variants. With this new version, BMW is offering more power, more features and a sportier setup for those who want extra performance.
The biggest upgrade in the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is under the hood. The regular xDrive 20 petrol produces 190 hp, while the 20d diesel makes 197 hp.
The new M Sport Pro variant uses a 2.0-litre TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that produces 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque. It can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds. In comparison, the 20-series variants take around 7.8 seconds to reach the same speed. This makes the M Sport Pro the quickest X3 currently available in India.

The X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro comes with Adaptive Suspension as standard. This allows the driver to switch between a sporty setup and a more comfortable ride, depending on the driving mode.
It also gets M Sport brakes with red brake calipers, which are not offered in the lower variants. The SUV rides on larger 20-inch M light alloy wheels, compared to the 19-inch wheels seen on the xDrive 20 and 20d trims.
On the outside, the M Sport Pro stands out with the illuminated BMW ‘Iconic Glow’ kidney grille. It also gets the M High-gloss Shadowline package, which replaces chrome parts with black elements for a sportier look.
Inside, the SUV features the BMW Curved Display with the latest Operating System 9. It also comes with a 15-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system. The dashboard is wrapped in Veganza upholstery with contrast stitching, giving the cabin a more premium feel compared to the standard trims.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is priced at Rs 74.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It costs around Rs 3.3 lakh more than the base petrol variant. It is also priced close to the diesel 20d variant.
For those who earlier preferred the diesel for its 400 Nm torque, the M Sport Pro now offers the same torque along with higher power and more features. This makes it a strong option in the petrol X3 range.
