Ferrari 12Cilindri coupe costs Rs. 8.5 crore and Rs. 9.15 crore for the Spider variant. The deliveries are going to begin in the second half of 2025. 12Cilindri comes with a 6.5-litre V12 engine producing 830hp. Both variants- coupe and Spider-are available. The car is sleek and streamlined with clean, smooth lines.
Ferrari announced officially that 12Cilindri would be launched in India. The car will go on sale in the Indian market within next month or two. Deliveries will be going to start in the second half of 2025. The official release date is still ahead, but orders have commenced, as well as a price tag. There will be two guises-only, of the Ferrari 12Cilindri. It has the coupe for Rs. 8.5 crore while the open-top Spider is for Rs 9.15 crore. All prices are ex-showroom.
Let's take a look what Ferrari 12Cilindri could offer:
Ferrari 12Cilindri is packed with a naturally aspirated V12 engine of 6.5 litres producing 830 horsepower under its hood. At the same time, it hands over the job of transmitting this power to the rear wheels to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Ferrari continues its trend of using pure V12, minus any form of turbocharging or hybrid technology.
Ferrari 12Cilindri comes with an ultra-modern design, defined by fluid straight lines. The aerodynamics body of the car flows effortlessly from the front to the back. Wings have sharp designs, and lines are positioned at points where the different parts of the sections meet. The front design is less detailed than the standard Ferrari models as it does not use traditional headlights or grille. Instead, it makes use of geometric shapes and one wraparound band for the headlights, with sharp DRLs.
At the back, the body design is also clean and razor-sharp as the taillights are implemented in a sliver that wraps along the width of the vehicle. This beauty and functionality work together to align technical requirements and a sleek visual appeal.
Inside, the Ferrari 12Cilindri takes inspiration from Ferrari’s classic dual-cockpit design. The cabin is split into two sections for the driver and passenger, both offering comfort and a strong driving experience. The dashboard features two separate areas for the driver’s and passenger’s instruments, as well as climate control vents. A smooth transition in colors and materials separates the sections, giving the cabin a light, elegant feel.
Ferrari 12Cilindri is introduced with an all-new HMI with three displays to the driving experience. The central, 10.25-inch screen is easily reachable for both driver and passenger. The driver is provided with a 15.6-inch screen showing driving information, while the passenger has an 8.8-inch screen to keep himself engaged in the driving experience. The car has a capacitive steering wheel, with indented buttons, ensuring controls are both quick and precise, even while driving sportively.
It will be pitted against the likes of the Aston Martin Vanquish, which is expected to be launched in India shortly. Interestingly, while most Ferrari models have been released with only a coupe variant at first, both the coupe and Spider versions of the 12Cilindri will be available simultaneously.
Some of the interesting models Ferrari has in its future plans are track-focused versions of the 296 GTB and a possible successor to the Roma. Another project Ferrari is working on is its much-awaited electric vehicle, which will be a significant addition to the brand's lineup.
