We reported earlier that Mahindra will launch 4 new electric SUVs in India in 2025. Out of these 4, the UV maker has already introduced the BE 6 and XEV 9e electric Coupe SUVs. Both of these SUVs received an overwhelming response from buyers. The other two Mahindra SUVs set to launch in 2025 are the XEV 7e and BE Rally-E.
The Mahindra XEV 7e, formally known as XUV.e8, has already been caught testing multiple times on the Indian roads. It will be a 7-seater, more practical offering compared to the XEV 9e SUV Coupe. The BE Rally-E is basically the off-road, rugged looking version of the BE 6 electric Coupe SUV.
For people not in the know, Mahindra had showcased the BE.Rall-E Concept in presence of Vicky Kaushal and Disha Patani in February 2023. The electric concept comes with a ready-to-off-road attitude, which makes it different from the BE 6 and XEV 9e. Both Rally E and XEV 7e will be based on Mahindra's new skateboard platform, INGLO.
The Mahindra BE.Rall-E has been spotted testing multiple times and will most likely to launch by October 2025. Mahindra refers the Rally-E as "The Electric Trailblazer", and it looks like a perfect off-road vehicle. In fact, the model on test looks largely similar to the concept. It features a luggage rack, unique front fascia, and massive suspension travel. The SUV will come with all-terrain tyres.
The electric SUV gets differently styled lighting elements, and more rugged body cladding. Mahindra will increase the ground clearance and add solid bash plates. This off-road focussed SUV is likely to get a dual-motor AWD setup as standard fitment.
Based on the INGLO platform, the new Mahindra BE Rally-E is likely to get a 79kWh battery pack with dual-motor setup. Expect the new electric SUV Coupe to offer a range of over 500km in a single charge.
