Mahindra has launched the CNG version of the XUV 3XO in India, called the XUV 3XO ZNG. With prices starting at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the new model expands the compact SUV's lineup with a factory-fitted CNG option. Following the launch, Mahindra has outlined the timeline for test drives, bookings and customer deliveries. Test drives are scheduled to begin on October 15, 2026, while bookings and deliveries are set to commence on October 20.

Test drives of the Mahindra XUV 3XO ZNG are scheduled to begin on October 15, 2026. Interested buyers can contact their nearest authorised Mahindra dealership to check availability and arrange a test drive. This will allow prospective customers to experience the CNG-powered SUV before deciding which variant to purchase. The XUV 3XO ZNG uses a factory-fitted CNG system paired with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. Mahindra claims a fuel efficiency of 24.7 km/kg.

Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG Bookings
Mahindra will open bookings for the XUV 3XO CNG on October 20, 2026. Customers will be able to reserve the SUV through authorised dealerships and the company's official website. The XUV 3XO ZNG is available in four variants. The entry-level MX Edge is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh, while the RevX Edge (O) costs Rs 10.79 lakh. The AX5 variant is priced at Rs 11.19 lakh, and the top-spec RevX A costs Rs 12.27 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom. The four variants offer different levels of features, allowing buyers to choose according to their budget and requirements.
Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG Deliveries
Deliveries of the Mahindra XUV 3XO ZNG are scheduled to begin on October 20, 2026, the same day bookings open. Customers planning to buy the new CNG SUV can contact their nearest authorised Mahindra dealership for information about availability, booking procedures and expected delivery timelines. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on the selected variant, dealership and local demand.
Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG Engine and Mileage
The Mahindra XUV 3XO ZNG is powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with a factory-fitted CNG system. It comes exclusively with a six-speed manual gearbox. According to the supplied specifications, the engine produces 110 bhp and 200 Nm of torque in both petrol and CNG modes. The claimed fuel efficiency stands at 24.7 km/kg in CNG mode. Another key highlight is its twin-cylinder CNG layout. The cylinders are positioned beneath the boot floor, helping the SUV retain 270 litres of usable luggage space.
Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG Features and Safety
Depending on the variant, the XUV 3XO ZNG offers features such as a panoramic sunroof, twin 10.25-inch screens, connected-car technology, wireless phone connectivity and a premium audio system. Safety features include six airbags and electronic stability control. The SUV also gets four-wheel disc brakes, according to the supplied information. These features allow the CNG version to retain several of the comfort, technology and safety highlights associated with the XUV 3XO range.
