Mahindra XEV 9e Electric SUV Showcased Today

The Mahindra XEV 9e launched with the price of Rs. 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The full price list is likely to be disclosed soon. The XEV 9e is based on Mahindra's new Born EV INGLO platform.

Mahindra has showcased the XEV 9e at Bharat Mobility Show 2025. Earlier, Mahindra had launched XEV 9e on 26th November 2024, with the base model of Rs 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and the top variant of Rs 30.50 lakh (ex-showroom). At Bharat Mobility Show, they have showcased the XEV 9e model. The brand showcased not only the XEV 9e but also the BE 6 electric SUV, which was also first seen in November 2024 globally.

Mahindra XEV 9e comes with three 12.3-inch screens: digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen, and a display at the passenger end. The cabin is also provided with multi-zone automatic air-conditioning, ventilated and powered front seats, and a wireless phone charger. In addition, SUV features a 1400W, 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system and augmented reality heads-up display.

Battery Options and Range

The XEV 9e also comes in both 59 and 79 kWh battery options and is available both in rear wheel drive (RWD) as well as an all-wheel-drive (AWD) variant. The battery pack of XEV 9e offers a quoted driving range up to 656 km. A 175 kW DC fast-charging system does allow 20% to 80% top-up in only about 20 minutes.
