A new day and a new teaser! This time around Toyota Kirloskar Motor has showcased the interior design and layout of the upcoming Innova Hycross MPV. Set for a launch on 25 November 2022, the new MPV will undergo a generation change to take a new avatar. Let’s get into more details.

As per the teaser image, the new MPV will have a panoramic sunroof. However, the sunroof is expected to be reserved only for the top-spec variants. The teased image also revealed more details like ambient lighting, manual IRVM, roof mounted AC vents for a second row on either side of the sunroof, height-adjustable seat belts and a dashcam on the front windshield.
Previously, the leaked photos of Innova Hycross showed the front face with the upgraded grille. The new dynamic hexagonal grille gets chrome accent underlining giving the car an overall premium appeal. The new grille is flanked by sleek LED headlamps, while the bonnet with strong character lines gives the car an overall SUV appeal.

The new Innova Hycross MPV will be based on the TNGA platform of Toyota. It is expected to be powered by the 1.8-litre and 2.0-litre petrol engines paired with a hybrid or strong hybrid powertrain. Additionally, the new MPV is likely to arrive with more features including a digital instrument cluster, a new infotainment screen, ventilated seats, and a 360-degree parking camera.
As the reports suggest, the Innova Hycross will arrive at a starting price of Rs 23.75 lakh. In India, the expected launch date for Innova Hycross is 25 November and it is likely to be sold along with existing models of Innova Crysta.
