Jeep has a shortlist of practical and capable on-and off-road vehicles in the Indian market. The brand’s line-up consists of three SUVs and an off-roader. The Jeep Compass, Meridian and Grand Cherokee are the SUVs in their line-up, while the Wrangler is the lifestyle off-roader.
What Is the Price Range of Jeep Cars in India?
Jeep Cars price in India starts at Rs 18.99 lakh and extends up to Rs 71.65 lakh, ex-showroom, Pan-India. The Jeep Compass is the most affordable SUV in Jeep India’s line-up, and it is priced between Rs. 18.99 lakh and Rs 32.41 lakh. The Wrangler is the flagship Jeep model and, it is available in the price bracket of Rs 67.65 lakh to Rs 71.65 lakh.
Jeep SUV Cars in India
Jeep India SUV line-up comprises Compass, Meridian, Grand Cherokee and Wrangler. The Jeep Compass and Meridian are available with a diesel powertrain, while the Grand Cherokee and Wrangler are offered with petrol engine options. The Compass is a 5-seater SUV, while the Meridian is offered with both 5-and 7-seat layouts. Both SUVs are powered by a 2.0L turbo diesel engine with manual and automatic gearbox choices.
the Jeep Wrangler is available in two variants - Unlimited and Rubicon - and both are powered by a 268bhp, 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine with automatic gearbox and 4x4 drivetrain as standard. The Jeep Grand Cherokee also shares its powertrain with the Wrangler.

The American automaker, Jeep will introduce the upgraded versions of its existing SUVs. Adding to it, the American auto giant is also planning to launch a new mid-sized SUV below the Compass SUV.
About Jeep India
The American SUV manufacturer, Jeep started its India operations under the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) group in 2016. The company entered the market with the Wrangler Unlimited, Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee SRT. These models were launched as CBU (Completely Built-Up Units) with a premium price tag. In 2017, Jeep introduced the made-in-India Compass SUV which is being manufactured at FCA India’s Ranjangaon facility. The brand now operates under Stellantis nameplate.
