Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition Revealed, Pre-Bookings Open
Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition gets a Mojito Green body with a white hardtop. The special edition retains the 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and 4x4 drivetrain. Expected to cost around Rs 68-70 lakh, with limited units planned for India.
Jeep India has revealed the Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition and opened pre-bookings for the special edition. Based on the Wrangler Unlimited, the new version gets a distinctive two-tone exterior and will be sold in limited numbers. The special edition is expected to launch in India in the coming weeks.
Gets Mojito Green and White Theme
The biggest change on the Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition is its Mojito Green body colour with a white hardtop. The white shade is also used on the front grille and a horizontal decal running across both doors. The design takes inspiration from the white-roofed Jeep CJ models of the past. The Whitecap is also part of Jeep's global series of special-edition Wranglers marking the brand's 85th anniversary.

Cabin Features Expected to Remain Unchanged
The interior of the special edition is expected to remain largely similar to the standard Wrangler Unlimited. It should continue with features such as powered and heated front seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an Alpine sound system and Level 2 ADAS. Jeep has already offered the Whitecap Mojito Edition in markets including the US, Japan and South Korea. India will get the special edition in limited numbers.
Same 2.0-Litre Turbo-Petrol Engine
There are not expected to be any mechanical changes. The Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition should continue with the 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 268bhp and 400Nm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and 4x4 drivetrain, similar to the standard Wrangler Unlimited.
Expected Price and Launch
The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is currently priced at Rs 66.20 lakh, ex-showroom in India. The Whitecap Mojito Edition is expected to command a premium of around Rs 2 lakh to Rs 4 lakh. This could put its expected price in the Rs 68 lakh to Rs 70 lakh range, although Jeep has not confirmed the final price yet. With pre-bookings now open, the Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition is expected to launch in India soon and will be offered in limited numbers.
