Jeep India has launched the new Wrangler Willys ’41 Special Edition in the Indian market at a price tag of Rs 73.16 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new limited-run collector’s edition pays homage to the original 1941 Willys. Limited to only 30 units, the new exclusive edition of the Wrangler is designed for true off-roaders and Jeep purists who value “heritage, individuality, and performance.”
The new Special Edition is available in a bold new “41 Green” colour option, which is exclusive to this edition only. The Jeep Wrangler Willys ’41 is instantly distinguished by its exclusive 1941 hood decal and military-inspired aesthetic. This launch also marks the debut of the ’41 Green paint option in India, reserved strictly for the Willys edition to preserve its unique identity.
The Special Edition comes with an exclusive Willys’ inspired ’41 green color reminiscent of its military origins. This limited-edition model comes equipped with power side steps, grab handles, floor mats, 1941 hood decal, and front and rear dash cameras. As an optional, customers can also add a Sunrider rooftop and a side ladder with a roof carrier.
The Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition will be available for a limited time on the Rubicon variant at Jeep dealerships across India offered at the premium of Rs 1.51 lakhs. The optional accessories pack can be availed exclusively on the Willys ’41 edition at a special offer price of Rs 4.56 lakhs.
Powering the Wrangler Willys ’41 Special Edition is a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 270bhp and 400Nm of peak torque. An 8-speed automatic gearbox driving the power to all four wheels via a full-time 4x4 system comes as standard.
