Jeep Compass 85th Anniversary Edition Launched Limited to only 85 units
To celebrate 85 years of the Compass brand globally, Jeep has launched the Compass 85th Anniversary Edition in the Indian market. The new edition is based on the higher-spec Model S (O) trim, and is available at a starting price of Rs 26.70 lakh, ex-showroom. Jeep will only introduce 85 units of the Anniversary Edition, which comes with new graphics, black alloys and black cabin along with new features.

The new Jeep Compass 85th Anniversary Edition comes with new ’85’ decals on the doors, wheel hub caps and tailgate. It rides on gloss-black finished 18-inch alloy wheels. The SUV retains the same LED headlights with eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs, a seven-slat grille finished in black, LED fog lamps, LED tail-lights and LED rear fog lamps.
The new Compass 85th Anniversary Edition comes with an all-black interiors with contrasting Mayan Gold accents. Its seats are wrapped in black leatherette upholstery with contrasting gold stitching. The golden hue is also available with the ambient lighting and illumination on the panoramic sunroof’s sides.
Jeep has also introduced an 85th Anniversary AXS accessory pack that adds features such as illuminated elements on the panoramic sunroof, a digital IRVM and front and rear dashcams. Other features include powered and ventilated front seats with driver getting memory function, a dual-zone climate control and a wireless phone charger. It is packed with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with smartphone connectivity and a 9-speaker Alpine sound system.
Specifications
The Jeep Compass 85th Anniversary Edition is powered by the same 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, diesel engine that churns out 170hp and 350Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic gearbox. The 9-speed AT model is also available with a four-wheel-drive option.
Jeep is yet to announce the price of the 85th Anniversary AXS accessory pack. Interested customers can book the new 85th Anniversary Edition online or at pan-India Jeep dealerships.
