Automakers have released their sales numbers for the month of November 2025. Maruti Suzuki retains its top spot, while Tata Motors stands at 2nd position. In fact, Hyundai slips to fourth position and Mahindra grabs the third position in November sales. Let’s talk in detail about the sales of popular car makers in India in November 2025 -
Maruti Suzuki has reported a total sales of 2,29,021 units, including Domestic, Exports and sales to OEMs, in November 2025. Total sales in the month include domestic sales of 174,593 units, sales to other OEM of 8,371 units and exports of 46,057 units. Notably, the exports reached an all-time monthly high.
The company had sold 1,44,238 units in the same month last year. The brand’s domestic sales increased by 20.99% YoY, while the exports increased by massive 60.85 percent. The company has exported 46,057 vehicles in November 2025 as against 28,633 units in the same month last year.
Tata Motors has reported a total sales of 59,199 units (Domestic + Exports) in November 2025 as against 47,117 units in the same month last year, reporting an impressive YoY sales growth of 25.6 percent. In the domestic market, the company sold 57,436 vehicles in November 2025 as against 47,063 vehicles in the same month last year, reporting a YoY sales growth of 22 percent.
Mahindra has reported a total sales of 56,363 SUVs in the domestic market in November 2025, while the total sales, including exports, stands at 57,598 units. The company has reported a YoY sales growth of 22 percent in the domestic market.
According to Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., “In November, we achieved SUV sales of 56,336 units, a growth of 22%. The total vehicle sales stand at 92,670 units, a 19% year-on-year growth. We also celebrated the one-year anniversary of our Electric Origin SUVs and launched India’s first authentic Electric Origin 7-seater SUV – the XEV 9S - along with the world’s first Formula E-themed special edition SUV, the Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition.”
Hyundai has sold a total of 69,894 units (Domestic + Exports) in November 2025 as against 61,252 units in the same month last year, reporting a YoY sales growth of 9.12 percent. In the domestic market, Hyundai slips to fourth position with 53,792 units sold in November 2025 as against 48,246 units in the same month last year.
Commenting on HMIL’s sales performance in October 2025, Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director & Chief Operating Officer, HMIL said, “October 2025 was a month driven by the festivals of Dussehra, Dhanteras and Diwali, further complimented by the positive impact of GST 2.0 reforms. This provided a significant boost to the Indian automotive industry. At Hyundai Motor India, we witnessed robust market demand and high consumer enthusiasm leading to second highest monthly sales of our formidable SUV duo – the Hyundai CRETA and VENUE combined, with 30,119 units sold. We expect to accelerate this momentum with the upcoming launch of all-new Hyundai VENUE, which is already open for bookings. With its refreshed design, advanced premium features and segment-leading technology and safety, we are confident that the all-new Hyundai VENUE will redefine benchmarks in the compact SUV space.”
Toyota has reported a total sales of 33,752 vehicles in November 2025 as against 26,323 units in the same mont last year, reporting a YoY sales growth of 28 percent. The company sold 30,085 units in the domestic market while 3,667 vehicles were exported.

Kia India has recorded its highest-ever November sales, reporting a total sales of 25,489 units. The carmaker’s YTD domestic sales stood at 2,61,627 units as against 2,36,043 units in the same period last year.
