Kia Seltos Gets New GTX(O) And X-Line(O) Variants In India

Kia launches new Seltos GTX(O) and X-Line(O). New variants get 28 ADAS features and more tech. Prices start at Rs 21.56 lakh (ex-showroom).

Kia India has launched two new top-spec variants of the Seltos – GTX(O) and X-Line(O). Priced from Rs 21.56 lakh (ex-showroom), the new variants add more safety, technology and convenience features to the SUV without making any changes to its engine options.

The launch follows the Seltos' recent 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating, making it one of the safest SUVs in its segment.

More ADAS Features

The biggest update is the new ADAS F+ package, which now offers 28 advanced driver assistance features.

Some of the key additions include Front Collision Avoidance Assist for junctions and lane changes, Highway Driving Assist, Navigation-Based Smart Cruise Control and Evasive Steering Assist. These features are designed to make everyday driving and highway journeys safer.

New Convenience Features

The new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants also get several new comfort and technology features.

They now come with Kia's Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), built-in navigation and Kia Connect 2.0 with more than 85 connected car features. The voice assistant also supports multiple Indian regional languages.

Other additions include a Head-Up Display, Digital Key, Smart Air Purifier with AQI display, Smart Dashcam with front and rear cameras, rain-sensing wipers and one-touch auto up/down function for all four windows.

No Changes Under The Hood

Kia has not made any mechanical changes to the Seltos.

The new variants continue to be offered with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. The SUV also remains based on Kia's K3 platform, which helped it achieve its 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating.
