Mahindra & Mahindra launched the Thar Earth Edition at a starting price of Rs 15.40 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant is inspired by the Thar Desert, emphasizing the vehicle's prowess in navigating rugged terrain effortlessly. This special edition is available in four trims of the LX Hard Top 4x4 model.

From the outside, the Thar Earth Edition sports a Desert Fury satin matte paint finish, adorned with dune-inspired decals on the rear fenders and doors. Earth Edition badges grace the B-pillars, complemented by matte black badges and silver alloy wheels.

Within the cabin, the 2024 Thar Earth Edition showcases a dual-tone palette of black and light beige, complemented by dune-inspired designs adorning the headrests and Thar branding embellishing the doors. Dark chrome accents adorn various elements throughout the interior. Moreover, Desert Fury coloured inserts are visible on the AC vents, centre console, and steering wheel. Each unit of this edition features a unique numbered decorative VIN plate.
Under the hood, New Mahindra Thar Earth Edition retains the 2.0-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines. These units are available with either a 6-speed manual or torque converter automatic transmission. Additionally, customers can personalize their vehicles with optional accessories such as customized front and rear armrests, floor mats, and a comfort kit.
Price of New Thar Earth Edition starts from Rs 15.40 Lakh (ex-showroom) for the manual variant. While its top-spec variant retails at Rs 17.60 lakh (ex-showroom). Here is a detailed price breakup according to variants:
