MG Cyberster to be retailed through MG Select dealerships Deliveries are expected to commence in April 2025 Cyberster will be the most affordable electric sports car in India
JSW MG Motor India has started accepting pre-bookings for the much-awaited MG Cyberster two-door electric sports car. Not just Cyberster, the MG M9 MPV is also available for bookings at a token amount of Rs 50,000. Interested buyers can book the new MG Cyberster online at MG Select website or at authorized MG dealerships.
The MG Cyberster deliveries are expected to commence in April 2025. It will be exclusively retailed through the MG Select premium dealership network. In the first phase, MG plans to setup 12 Select experience centres across the country. The Cyberster is expected to be priced around Rs 60 lakh (ex-showroom), which will make it the most affordable electric sports car.
The Cyberster is fitted with a 77kWh battery pack with dual electric motors to offer an AWD (all-wheel drive) system. The electric sports car offers a maximum power output of 510bhp and a peak torque of 725Nm. It is capable to achieve 0-100kmph in just 3.2 seconds. The new model is claimed to offer a range of up to 580km on a full charge, CLTC cycle figure.
For suspension duties, the performance EV gets a front double wishbone and a five-link independent unit at the rear. This car has a 50:50 front and rear weight distribution, which improves its high-speed stability.
In terms of features, the electric sports car gets a flat-bottom steering wheel, a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, two 7-inch screens placed on both sides of the bigger display, LEVEL 2 ADAS suite, a 360-degree surround view camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bose sound system, 4-way adjustable leather-wrapped steering wheel, 6-way adjustable driver seat with memory function and others.
