Tata could launch Tiago facelift on May 28 The hatch will get cosmetic design changes and an upgraded cabin

Tata Motors has confirmed that it will launch six products in the country before the end of this financial year. Out of these six products, 4 will be the facelift versions of existing models. The Tata Tiago is expected to be the first model to receive a mid-life update. It is speculated that the new Tiago facelift will be launched in the country on May 28, 2026. 


The Tata Tiago facelift is likely to receive subtle design and interior changes along with a longer list of features. It is expected to get a new front fascia, featuring a sharper-looking LED headlamps and a revised grille and lower bumper. Other design changes including revised taillights and new bumper. 


Inside the cabin, the 2026 Tata Tiago facelift could feature a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The hatchback could get an automatic climate control, a digital driver’s display, adjustable headrests for all seats, and a wireless charging pad. The hatchback could also get a single-pane sunroof and ventilated front seats. 


Mechanically, the Tata Tiago facelift will remain the same. The hatchback will be powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder, petrol engine paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. It will also get a 1.2L NA petrol engine with I-CNG dual-cylinder kit. 


The company could also introduce Tiago NRG facelift with updated body cladding and improved ground clearance. The Tiago facelift will rival the likes of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Maruti Suzuki Swift
