Next Audi Q5 launch by festive season 2027 New Q7 will arrive by December next year

We reported earlier that Audi will launch three new models, including the next-gen Q3, Q9 flagship SUV and the A5 sedan in India before the end of this year. A new media report claims that the British luxury carmaker will launch the next-generation Q5 and Q7 SUVs in India in 2027. Adding to it, the new Audi Q6 e-from electric SUV will also arrive in our market by mid-2027.

New-Gen Audi Q5

Likely to be launched by festive season, 2027, the next-gen Audi Q5 will rival the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLC and the BMW X3. It is based on Audi’s new Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) architecture, which also underpins the new Audi A5. The new Q5 comes with a more aggressive design with dynamic LED lighting signatures, active aerodynamic vents, and a sportier stance. Inside, it will have a curved 11.9-inch digital driver’s display and a 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment unit.

The next Audi Q5 is expected to be powered by a 265hp, 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine paired to a 7-speed DSG and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system.

Next-Gen Audi Q7

Audi will launch the next Q7 by the end of December 2026. It will get the iconic Singleframe grille, flanked by Digital Matrix LED headlights and customisable OLED taillights. It will be offered with both 6-and- 7-seat layouts with former having captain seats in the second row. The next Audi Q7 will be powered by a 3.0L V6 turbo petrol engine paired to Audi’s Quattro AWD setup.
