Skoda India has opened bookings for its powerful Octavia RS, and within days, all 100 units allocated for India have already sold out! The bookings, which required a token amount of Rs 2.50 lakh, have been closed ahead of the official price announcement scheduled for October 17. The Octavia RS, a full import, is expected to be priced between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries will begin on November 6.

Skoda Octavia RS has a sharp, sporty look, inspired by Skoda's performance cars. It comes with a blacked-out grille, LED Matrix headlamps, dual exhaust, and 19-inch alloy wheels, giving it a strong, aggressive presence on the road.
Inside, the Octavia RS offers several features. The front sports seats are upholstered in suede and leatherette, and the cabin features ambient lighting for a luxurious feel. The car comes with a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display and a 12.9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For music lovers, the car offers an 11-speaker Canton sound system, and for convenience, there’s wireless charging.
Skoda has ensured that the Octavia RS is as safe as it is stylish. The car comes with 10 airbags and the latest ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) like lane-keeping assist and automatic emergency braking. The cabin is also packed with comfort features, including 3-zone automatic climate control and powered front seats with a massage function.
The Octavia RS is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that delivers 261 BHP and 370 Nm of torque, making it a performance powerhouse. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Skoda Octavia RS is expected to be priced between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom). With all 100 units already sold out, demand is high, and deliveries are expected to start on November 6.
