The Indian market is set for a blockbuster end to 2025, as major automakers are ready to introduce new models and much-awaited electric vehicles. Four completely new SUVs are set to launch in the country by December 2025. Two of these four SUVs are electric, signalling a clear pivot toward electrification.
Here are the top four all-new SUVs set to be launched in November and December 2025:

Tata Motors will launch the long-awaited Sierra lifestyle SUV in a completely new avatar on November 25, 2025. The company will initially launch the ICE-powered version of the Sierra, while its electric model is likely to arrive in early 2026.

The lifestyle SUV could also get a new 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine. The SUV will sit between the Curvv and Harrier, and will rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and others in the category. The SUV will come with a triple screen dashboard, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, LEVEL 2 ADAS tech, powered and ventilated front seats, and others.

Mahindra will finally launch its all-new 7-seater electric SUV, called the XEV 9S, on November 27, 2025. It will be the third model based on Mahindra’s Born-Electric INGLO platform. The long-awaited Maruti Suzuki e Vitara will finally arrive in our market in December 2025. Unveiled at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo, the new e Vitara is the brand’s first-ever BEV. The electric SUV will come in three variants - Delta, Zeta and Alpha. It will rival the likes of the MG ZS EV, Tata Curvv EV, Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric and others.
The new Maruti Suzuki e Vitara will be offered with two battery choices - 48.9kWh and 61.1kWh - both will come with a front-axle-mounted electric motor. The electric SUV will offer a certified range of up to 500km on a single charge. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in under 9 seconds.
Some of the key features include a 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a digital driver’s display, 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, 7 airbags, 360-degree camera, electronic parking brake with auto hold, TPMS, all-disc brakes and LEVEL 2 ADAS.
Our sources confirm that the new-gen Kia Seltos will launch in our market in December 2025. The company will only introduce the regular petrol and diesel version of the SUV, while its hybrid model is set to launch in 2027. The spy images reveal that the new Seltos will have an all-new design with inspiration from the Telluride.
The new Seltos will come with an all-new cabin inspired by the bigger Kia models, including Carnival and EV9.
