Kia has recently released the lease plans for its budget cars including Seltos, Sonet and Carens. Now, the company has announced that customers can also lease the newly launched Carnival and EV9 electric SUV. Get more insights!
The leasing rates for the 3-row MPV and the 3-row electric SUV EV9 start at Rs 1.49 lakh a month, and Rs 3 lakh a month, respectively. Kia has revealed that the customers looking to lease these two cars can opt for different tenures including 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. Moreover, the company will also give mileage options to buyers. Buyers will have mileage options of 10,000km, 15,000km and 20,000k, per annum.
Kia Carnival, launched earlier this month at Rs 63.9 lakh while the EV9 costs Rs 1.3 crore (ex-showroom). The leasing option for the Carnival was expected as it is popular with luxury fleets owning high usage of vehicles and will be beneficial. However, the EV9 leasing option comes as a surprise because the brand said to offer EV9 in limited units based on the order books. Deliveries for the Kia EV9 will commence from March 2025 while the new Carnival deliveries have been started.
