Brezza facelift bookings open at Rs 11,000 Launching on July 23, 2026 Likely to get a 1.0L turbo petrol engine

Maruti Suzuki has officially released the first teaser of the much-anticipated Brezza facelift ahead of its launch on 23 July. Interested customers can book the new Maruti Brezza facelift online or at authorised ARENA dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000.

The teaser has a message, “It’s the season’s biggest play. And it’s about to blow you away. The New Brezza, Bookings Open.” While the teaser doesn’t reveal much, it shows the silhouette of the Brezza facelift.

Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “Brezza’s extraordinary journey since its introduction in 2016 has made it India’s highest selling compact SUV. In 10 years, Brezza has won the trust of over 1.4 million customers which is a testament of its product supremacy and segment domination. In 2026, the New Brezza will represent a perfect synthesis of customer’s love and unlock a new dimension of excitement. We invite customers to book the New Brezza today and be among the first to experience it.”

Maruti Brezza Facelift - Key Changes

The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will carry a familiar design, but with a few cosmetic changes. It is expected to receive revised front and rear styling, along with a new set of alloy wheels. There could be some changes to headlamp assembly, which gives it a fresh look.

The Brezza facelift is also likely to receive subtly revised cabin, featuring a new interior scheme, and an updated infotainment unit with a refreshed user interface. It is also expected to receive a fully digital instrument console. The SUV could also add newer list of features to make it a more appealing offering in the sub-4 meter SUV category.

The biggest change will be made under the bonnet. The new Brezza is expected to be powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine, paired with either a 5-speed manual or an automatic gearbox. The Brezza with a smaller capacity petrol engine will qualify for the lower GST slab applicable to sub-4 meter petrol vehicles with engines up to 1.2-litres. This could help Maruti Suzuki to price the Brezza competitively.

Another update will be the addition of underbody CNG tank to free up more space in the boot. The CNG version will continue to be powered by a 1.5L NA petrol engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
