Hyundai Motor India has announced the final launch date for the upcoming micro-SUV. The all-new Hyundai Exter is now scheduled to launch on 10th July 2023 and will come equipped with many segment-first features.
According to a recent update, the new Exter will feature a single-pane sunroof that will respond to voice commands like "Open Sunroof''. Another segment first feature includes the new dash cam mounted on the front windscreen. The new unit will get three recording modes; Driving (Normal), Event (Safety) and Vacation (Timelapse).

The upcoming Exter SUV will come equipped with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. It is likely to deliver 83 bhp of power and 114 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include either a 5-speed manual or an automatic transmission. A new CNG powertrain might be on offer in the future. The direct rival of the Hyundai Exter will be Tata Punch which has already been performing well in the market.
