Mahindra has launched the Scorpio N Adventure Edition in the South African market. The new edition is only offered with the top-spec Z8 4WD variant. According to the South African currency, the Scorpio N Adventure Edition is priced at 644,499 Rand (which is Rs 29.55 lakh in Indian rupees). As for the Indian market, the arrival of this special edition is not confirmed yet.
From the design perspective, it features a chrome front grille with sting-like DRLs. It also has a front steel bumper, silver roof rail, chrome door handles, roof rack, and signature metallic Scorpio-tail element. Besides, the SUV runs on 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Moving on to the interior, the new edition comes equipped with a leatherette-wrapped steering & gear shift lever. Other features include a rear camera, dual-zone fully automatic air conditioner, power windows with anti-pinch in front, electrically adjustable ORVM with power fold & LED turn indicator, push start button, and more.
Under the hood, the Scorpio Adventure Edition continues to use the 2.2-litre, mHawk diesel unit. Paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox and 4WD, it can produce 172 bhp of maximum power output and 400 Nm of peak torque.
