Audi has introduced the second-generation Q3 Sportback, a new compact SUV with a coupe-style design. The car will be launched in global markets soon, and it is expected to arrive in India next year.
The 2025 Q3 Sportback has a sporty, sleek design. The roofline is lower by 29mm compared to the regular Q3 SUV. The front has updated headlamps with LED daytime running lights. The rear features slim tail lamps connected by a full-width light bar. The Q3 Sportback comes with wheels ranging from 18 to 20 inches.
Inside, the Q3 Sportback offers a modern layout. It replaces traditional levers with button-based controls on the steering column. Higher trims come with an 11.9-inch digital display and a 12.8-inch touchscreen. The sloping roofline reduces rear headroom and boot space by 97 litres compared to the Q3 SUV.
The Q3 Sportback offers several engine choices. These include a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a 2.0-litre petrol engine, a 2.0-litre diesel engine, and a plug-in hybrid engine producing 268bhp. The hybrid offers an electric-only driving range of up to 118 km.
The new Q3 Sportback will be available in global markets starting in November 2025. In India, Audi will continue selling the first-generation Q3 Sportback at a price of Rs 56.24 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Q3 SUV will launch in India in 2026, followed by the Sportback model.
