The automaker recently revealed the electric hot hatch fully and confirmed that the deliveries would take place in 2027. However, the brand has yet to unveil the price list for the EV. It is said to be produced with a limit of 1,980 units.
Here is a closer look at the EV hot hatch, Renault 5 Turbo 3E from design to interior and powertrain specifications.

The exterior of the Renault 5 Turbo 3E is designed to look like a supercar, as it can be seen with prominent bumper and rear wing extensions. At the front, the car resembles the same layout as its predecessors with square LED headlights that fuses with the edge of the bonnet, a slim strip with three central sections, and two additional square lights with LED daytime running lights.
On the sides of it have a specific surround runs around the windscreen pillars and the cabin roofline. Underneath the bumper is a diffuser whose efficiency is maximized by the design of the bumper, extending outwards on either side.

Inside the cabin, you get to see bucket seats and six-point harnesses with many carbon fiber components. This model is strictly a 2-door 2-seater with a rally-style vertical handbrake, 10.1- and 10.25-inch digital screens for the instrument cluster, and an infotainment system that adds a modern touch.
This model is based on a tailor-made electric platform and an 800-volt architecture. It is powered by a 70 kWh lithium-ion battery which is claimed to offer a WTLP range of up to 400 km. The car's electric in-wheel motors are said to deliver about 542 bhp.
