Tata Motors is all set to launch its new Curvv coupe SUV in the market. Ahead of its official launch in the coming months, the automaker has released the teaser, confirming its new features such as ADAS, 3 drive modes, and more.
Based on the recently revealed teaser, the upcoming Curvv will get the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) comprising features like Collision Avoidance Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control. It is also likely to borrow some features from the Tata Nexon EV such as a 10.25-inch screen and paddle shifters.
List of expected features is as follows:
10.25-inch Full Digital Driver's Display
Lane-Keep Assist
Paddle Shifters
Drive Model Selector (Eco, City, and Sport)
12.3-inch Infotainment System
Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
Ventilated Front Seats
Panoramic Sunroof
Auto AC
Wireless Phone Charging
ISOFIX Child Seat Mounts
Six Airbags
Rear Parking Sensors
Electronic Stability Control
360-degree Camera
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
Front Parking Sensors
Tata Curvv will be available in petrol, diesel, and electric options. Although there are no details regarding the battery pack, we expect the Curvv EV to get two battery packs, offering a range of around 500 km. It will be based on the brand's Acti.ev platform.
As for the ICE model, the Curvv coupe SUV is expected to be available with a new 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine and the Nexon-souced 1.5-litre diesel engine. While the turbo-petrol can produce the power of 123 bhp and 225 Nm, the diesel unit can generate 113 bp and 260 Nm of torque. Transmission choices might include a 6-speed manual and a dual-clutch automatic transmission.
