The long-awaited Tata Sierra will be launched in ICE avatar on November 25, 2025. Ahead of the its launch, Tata Motors has released a new action-packed TV commercial revealing the new Sierra design and interior. Interestingly, the Tata Sierra EV production model has also been revealed in the same TVC.

The teaser shows that the production model looks largely identical to the concept that debuted at the 2023 Auto Expo. The Sierra EV retains the original essence and looks closer to the ICE derivative. It has a boxy design, featuring upright stance and wraparound rear glass.
The Tata Sierra EV comes with a closed-off front fascia, flatter bumper and connected LED DRLs, and lower air vents. The SUV gets high-set bonnet, short overhangs and flush-type door handles. The EV also gets a differently styled wheels compared to the ICE version. The rear looks similar to the ICE model, featuring wraparound rear glass and LED light bar.

It is expected that the cabin layout of the new Sierra EV will be similar to the ICE-powered model, except for the new colour scheme. The SUV will get a triple screen dashboard layout, dual-zone climate control, a new twin-spoke steering wheel, ventilated and powered front seats, and a large panoramic sunroof.
The electric version could also get a four-seater version with independent captain seats in the second-row. This lounge variant is likely to get powered and ventilated second-row seats. The SUV will have LEVEL 2 ADAS tech, multiple airbags, ESC, hill-launch and descent assist, and others.
The Tata Sierra EV is likely to share the battery options with the Curvv EV and Harrier EV. It is expected that the lower-spec variants could get a 55kWh battery pack, while the high-spec model is likely to get 65kWh unit from the Tata Harrier EV. The electric SUV will rival the likes of the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6 and others.
