Porsche India has started accepting bookings for the New-Gen Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe SUVs ahead of the official launch. The 2023 Porsche Cayenne was showcased earlier this week at the Shanghai Auto Show. The brand also claimed that the delivery of both variants will start in July in India.
New Porsche Cayenne trims will offer a reworked exterior design. The changes to the outside include new matrix LED headlamps, 3D-designed tail lamps and a new front end bonnet. The automaker will also provide new colour options and a choice of different wheel sizes (20, 21, and 22 inches) for buyers.
Apart from the exterior design, Porsche has also updated the interior layouts of the 2023 Cayenne SUVs. It will include a 12.6-inch curved instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. Besides, there will be a 10.9-inch entertainment screen for the front passenger. The interesting fact is that this front passenger screen will not be visible to the driver to avoid any distraction while driving the car.

Multiple engine options will be on offer with the New Cayenne SUVs. It is said that the engine has been tweaked to produce better power than before. The standard Cayenne will continue to use a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine which will make 348 bhp of power and 499 Nm of peak torque. The Cayenne S will now offer a larger 4.0-litre twin turbo V8, delivering 468 bhp of output with a torque figure of 599 Nm. The Turbo GT variant will provide a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 which can produce 650 bhp of power output.
The price for the All-New Porsche Cayenne will start from Rs 1.35 crore (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.41 crore (ex-showroom) for the Cayenne Coupe in India.
