In 2025, Skoda is set to make a significant impact in the Indian car market by launching its four exciting new vehicles. Among these are a brand-new compact SUV that will be the smallest SUV from the house of Skoda. The Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan will receive a mid-cycle update during the same year. Meanwhile, the second-gen Kodiaq will also take its place in the Indian market. Each of these vehicles will offer enhanced visual appeal, a tech-loaded interior, and boosted safety.
Have a look at the list of upcoming Skoda cars in 2025:
Skoda is planning to launch its new compact SUV for the Indian market by March 2025. The brand's smallest SUV will be based on the MQB A0 IN platform that also underpins Slavia and Kushaq. However, this platform will be tweaked for a shorter wheelbase.
The brand has earlier shared its first glimpse, showcasing its front fascia with Skoda butterfly front grille and split LED lights. Recently, a new design sketch of the upcoming sub 4m SUV has revealed its rear profile. Based on the images, it could get L-shaped LED taillights with a Skoda badge in the centre, roof rails, and a chunky rear bumper.
Although there are no interior details that have surfaced online, we can expect it to borrow some features from Kushaq such as a 10-inch touchscreen unit, a two-spoke steering wheel, ventilated front seats, a sunroof, and more.
Under the hood, it is expected to house a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine. Paired with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox, this engine can produce a maximum power of 113 bhp and 178 Nm of torque.

Apart from introducing a new SUV addition, the Czech automaker will also release a facelift version of the Kushaq SUV. Expected to launch sometime in 2025, the Kushaq facelift will receive an exterior makeover and a range of new features inside.
Some of its exterior features include a connected lighting theme for headlamps and taillamps, a new set of alloy wheels, revamped front and rear bumpers, and new colour choices. Meanwhile, its interior is likely to get cosmetic updates and the addition of the ADAS suite.
Mechanically, there will not be any changes. The SUV will continue to use the current 1.0-litre turbo petrol (113 bhp/178 Nm) and a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine (147 bhp/250 Nm). Transmission options will include a 6-speed MT, 6-speed AT and 7-speed DCT.
The stylish sedan, Slavia will receive its mid-life update around September 2025. The updated version is expected to get the reworked front and rear bumpers. It could feature LED tail lamp clusters, matte black alloy wheels, and a shark fin antenna.
Expect some minor changes on the inside including its list of features. Apart from this, the automaker is most likely to offer an ADAS suite with the facelift model.
Beneath the hood, the sedan will retain its current set of engine options. These include a 1.5-litre turbo petrol and a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, producing 113 bhp/178 Nm and 147 bhp/250 Nm, respectively.
Last but not least, Skoda will introduce the new-gen Kodiaq in the Indian market. The second-generation SUV will be brought as a Completely-Knocked-Down (CKD) unit. Feature-wise, the global model offers a 13-inch freestanding touchscreen infotainment, a head-up display, ventilated front seats, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting, and a panoramic. For the India-spec model, we can expect a similar feature list. As for the safety, it might get 9 airbags, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS.
The new Kodiaq will take power from the 2.0-litre turbo-charged petrol engine, generating 187 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. Mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
