Jeep will introduce a fully redesigned Compass SUV in March 2025 as a 2026 model. The new Compass will be updated with design, performance, and technology. It will have more space and hybrid or electric powertrain options, built on Stellantis' new STLA Medium platform. It will be manufactured in Italy, Brazil, and Mexico, and will be a central product of Jeep's global growth strategy. With a fresh look and improved features, the 2026 Compass will be a class apart in the SUV market.

The Jeep Compass 2026 will be released in Europe in 2025 and in Brazil, 2026. The new Compass will be manufactured at the Melfi factory in Italy, which is being invested in more than Rs. 13,000 crores. The model will be exported to European markets from Italy. The production will continue at the Goiana (PE) factory in Brazil.
The 2026 Jeep Compass will come in a new architecture named the STLA Medium. The car's platform is already used in the Peugeot 3008 and the Opel Grandland. But new dimensions mean more support for traditional, hybrid, as well as electric power sources. The hybrid will also come as 4xe, an AWD setup. From the measurements that are publically known, it appears to be larger than its present iteration. The current Compass is 4.4 meters in length and 2.63 meters in wheelbase. For the new one, it would be placed between 4.3 and 4.9 meters, giving ample space in both passengers and luggage.
In addition to Italy and Brazil, it will also be manufactured in Toluca, Mexico to meet the demand of the North American market. There's no word if production will continue at its Indian plant at Ranjangaon, as sales have been less than hoped for here.
The Jeep Compass is one of the highly-selling models of Jeep. It is sold in more than 100 countries. Brazil, in 2023, emerged as the second-best market for Compass, after the United States of America. The new Compass falls under the keen investment proposal announced by Stellantis, wherein they would invest Rs. 30,000 crores, and will be launching 40 new products before 2030.
