Kia has unveiled the new EV4 ahead of its showcase of the upcoming EV Day event in Spain. The EV is confirmed to be showcased in both the Sedan and Hatchback versions. This upcoming EV4 will demonstrate the brand's vision for the next-gen electric sedans with a new typology and innovative silhouette.
Kia said that they will be offering a fresh take on the EV4 sedan, it will feature a sleek, low nose and long-tail silhouette. As for the hatchback EV4, it would be a nimble, versatile all-rounder.
The EV4 features a modern design and advanced technologies that would go great with lifestyle-focused customers.
The sedan version has been confirmed to have a striking front-end design, vertically oriented headlamps, and Kia's iconic Star Map lighting signature. The typology is a sleek and streamlined silhouette with a low hood line that flows rearward to a long-tail design.
The back of the EV4 sedan features a two-piece rear spoiler with vertical light units. This sedan features 19-inch wheels with detailed technical stripe patterns that highlight Kia’s ‘Opposites United' design.
The EV4 hatchback edition features a contemporary solid look with distinctive opposite black vertical C-pillars and crisply executed lines. It would have 19-inch wheels and robust fenders that add a great look with dynamic energy. The geometric patterns added to the car’s lower body highlight its innovative nature.
The back profile for the hatchback will offer strong proportions of its sedan sibling with a twist of its unique character. Featuring elements like sharply sculpted lines, wide-positioned taillights, and a sloping rear window creates a clean, robust look. The vehicle’s proportions and design identity are lifted with bold upright C-pillar trim.
