The Ferrari Amalfi Spider arrives in March 2026 with a powerful 640hp engine and sleek design. Expect a fabric roof, improved customization options, and thrilling performance. The Amalfi Spider will be priced higher than the coupe due to its intricate roof mechanism.
Ferrari is all set to launch its next convertible, the Amalfi Spider, in March 2026. This stunning new model will replace the Roma Spider and is expected to offer similar performance to its coupe sibling, the Amalfi Coupe. The convertible will feature a powerful 3.9L twin-turbo V8 engine, with 640 horsepower (631hp) and 760 Nm of torque.

The Amalfi Spider will maintain much of the design from the Amalfi Coupe, with a few key differences. The most noticeable change is the roof. Ferrari will equip the Amalfi Spider with an electrically operated fabric roof, which can be easily folded back. When the roof is down, it will likely be stored in a dedicated compartment behind the passenger seats, just ahead of the rear spoiler. The car's height may also be slightly increased to accommodate the folding roof mechanism, while a wind deflector will help minimize cabin turbulence when driving with the top down.
Under the hood, the Amalfi Spider will carry over the same 3.9L twin-turbo V8 engine from the coupe. With 640 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque, the engine will be paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that drives the rear wheels. This combination promises a thrilling driving experience, with the coupe achieving a 0-100 km/h time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h. While the Spider’s additional weight from the convertible roof mechanism and extra bracing could impact its performance slightly, Ferrari’s engineering expertise is expected to minimize any noticeable difference.
As with the coupe, the Amalfi Spider will come with a wide range of customization options, allowing buyers to tailor the car to their preferences. However, due to the intricate folding roof mechanism, the Amalfi Spider is expected to be priced higher than the coupe version, which starts at Rs. 5.59 crore (ex-showroom). Ferrari enthusiasts can expect the Amalfi Spider to be priced even higher once optional extras and customizations are added.
