Spinny partners with Nissan, MG and Tesla across new, used and EV segments. Nissan customers can get exchange benefits of up to Rs 75,000. Used MG EVs will get battery health checks, certification and warranty support.
Spinny is expanding its role in India's car market through new partnerships with Nissan India, JSW MG Motor India and Tesla. The collaborations cover new-car purchases, used cars, vehicle exchanges and electric vehicles.
Here are five key things to know about Spinny's latest partnerships.
Spinny has partnered with Nissan India as a preferred vehicle exchange partner. Customers buying a new Nissan can get their existing car evaluated and exchanged through Spinny. The programme offers benefits of up to Rs 75,000 and aims to complete the vehicle exchange process in around 55 minutes. A Spinny-issued Buying Letter will also be accepted as proof of exchange, helping make the process simpler for customers and Nissan dealers.

Spinny is also a preferred exchange partner for Tesla under its Switch and Save programme. Customers can sell their existing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle through Spinny while moving to a new Tesla. The programme includes customers buying the Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive. This gives customers an easier way to unlock value from their existing petrol or diesel car before switching to an EV.
The partnership with JSW MG Motor India focuses on the pre-owned electric vehicle market. Spinny will support the sale of certified used MG EVs, including the MG Comet EV, MG Windsor EV and MG ZS EV. These vehicles will undergo battery health assessment and certification, along with Spinny's inspection and refurbishment process. Customers will also get OEM warranty continuity and fixed pricing.
Battery health and resale value remain important concerns for people considering a used EV. Spinny is therefore expanding its EV-specific evaluation and restoration capabilities. Its Integrated Restoration Centres will support EV diagnostics, battery health checks and refurbishment. The company is also working with OEM partners to improve its EV evaluation and certification processes. The MG initiative covers customers in cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Jaipur and Kolkata, among others.

Spinny's latest partnerships go beyond used-car sales. The company is looking to connect buying, selling, exchanging and upgrading under one ecosystem. The platform currently has a presence across 80-plus cities, with more than 57 Car Hubs, 17 Spinny Parks and over 15 Integrated Restoration Centres. Along with its OEM partnerships, Spinny is also working to provide post-sales ownership support through GoMechanic. The partnerships with Nissan, MG and Tesla highlight Spinny's wider push into new cars, used cars and EVs as India's automotive market continues to evolve.
