The 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza is all set for a facelift, with a mix of mild cosmetic changes and a more refined interior. The new-gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza has been spotted in its camouflaged form, revealing key design updates. Although the exterior remains largely similar to the current model, there are a few noticeable changes that will make the New Brezza look more modern.
Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026 will likely feature updated tail lamps and possibly a new design for the alloy wheels. The sharp lines and overall silhouette will stay familiar, but with subtle tweaks to keep the model fresh. The spy shots also show an integrated spoiler and a high-mounted stop lamp, adding a sporty touch to the rear.

One of the most significant updates to the 2026 Brezza is the introduction of a CNG version with an underfloor tank. This new feature aims to solve the boot space issue commonly faced by traditional CNG vehicles. The spy shots revealed a CNG sticker on the test mule, and the CNG tank was located beneath the car, rather than taking up valuable boot space. This innovative change could give the new-gen Brezza a clear advantage over competitors that do not offer this space-saving CNG setup.
The new Brezza could also see an upgrade to Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), giving it a significant edge over rivals. While the spy shots do not show the ADAS sensors, the test mule is rumored to feature technologies like lane assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision mitigation. These updates could make the 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza a safer and more feature-packed offering in its segment.
Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026 is likely to continue with the 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine. This engine delivers a solid 102 bhp and 137 Nm of torque in the petrol variant, while the CNG version is expected to produce 87 bhp and 121.5 Nm. Transmission options are expected to stay the same, with a 5-speed manual transmission across both variants, while the petrol engine will also offer a 6-speed automatic transmission option.
The 2026 Brezza will continue to be based on the Global C platform, which has already earned the model a four-star safety rating from GNCAP. Earlier this year, Maruti Suzuki made six airbags standard on the Brezza, and with the addition of updated safety features, the New-gen Brezza could potentially aim for a five-star rating. This improved safety package is expected to be part of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026 to offer even greater peace of mind for buyers.
New-gen Brezza is expected to launch in the coming months, with an official date still under wraps. It will continue to compete with other compact SUVs in India, including the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Tata Nexon. The combination of a CNG variant, advanced tech, and enhanced safety features could help the Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026 stand out in an increasingly crowded segment.
