Price drop alert for Skoda Slavia and Kushaq Kushaq gets the biggest price reduction of over Rs 1 lakh There are no mechanical changes
Skoda India has slashed the prices for its Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan to make its cars more accessible to customers. The Kushaq gets a price reduction of over Rs 1 lakh, standing at Rs 10.89 lakh from Rs 11.99 lakh. The Slavia now starts from Rs 10.69 lakh which was earlier priced at Rs 11.63 lakh, making it Rs 94,000 cheaper. (All prices are ex-showroom). However, the new pricing is for a limited period so if you have any of these Skoda cars in your list, now is the right time to buy one.
The Czech automaker has also renamed some of the variants of Kushaq. The Kushaq is now available with five trims namely Classic, Onyx, Signature, Monte Carlo, and Prestige. After the price reduction, the entry-level variant now costs Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom) while its top-spec Prestige trim is priced between Rs 16.09 lakh to Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
The mid-size sedan, Skoda Slavia is offered with three trims - Classic, Signature, and Prestige. Its base variant retails at Rs 10.69 lakh which was earlier priced at Rs 11.63 (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, its high-end Prestige variant is priced between Rs 15.99 lakh to Rs 18.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
Mechanically, no changes have been made to Skoda Slavia and Skoda Kushaq. Both cars continue to be powered by 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre turbo petrol units. These engines are paired with a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed automatic, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
