Skoda has recently revealed the new Kushaq facelift and its official bookings are open at a token amount of Rs 15,000. Prices of the new Kushaq will be revealed in March 2026. Soon after, Skoda will introduce the Slavia facelift that has already been caught testing numerous times on the Indian roads. The updated model will be launched at the end of Q2, 2026, most probably by July-August.
The Skoda Slavia is currently one of the highest-selling models and rivals the likes of the VW Virtus, Hyundai Verna and Honda City. Not just Slavia, the VW Virtus will also receive a mid-life update by festive season 2026. The updated Slavia will receive cosmetic design and interior changes along with a longer list of features and a new automatic gearbox.
The 2026 Skoda Slavia will come with brand’s new “Modern Solid” design language, featuring a refresh front design with an updated grille. It will get a revised headlamps and new bumper. At the back, the Slavia facelift could get a new bumper and a modern LED lighting system. Except for the new set of alloys, the sedan side profile won’t receive any significant changes.
The 2026 Skoda Slavia is expected to get a revised dashboard and a longer list of features. It is likely to get a larger 10.25-inch digital driver’s display instead of the current 8-inch unit. Additionally, the higher-spec variants will have a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Similar to the Kushaq facelift, the Slavia is expected to get dual-zone climate control, rear seat massager, panoramic sunroof and powered driver’s seat. However, it will miss out on the 360-degree camera and ADAS tech.
The Slavia facelift will continue to be offered with the existing engine options, including a 1.0L turbo petrol and a 1.5L turbo petrol. While the former is good for 113bhp and 178Nm, the 4-cylinder turbo unit is good for 148bhp and 250Nm. A brand new 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox will replace the existing 6-speed unit with the 1.0L TSI unit. The 1.5L TSI will continue to be offered with a 7-speed DSG unit.
