BMW X6 M60i bookings officially open in India. 523 hp V8 engine with AWD and mild-hybrid tech. Expected price around Rs 1.40 crore.
BMW India has officially reopened bookings for the new BMW X6 M60i xDrive, marking the return of the sporty coupe-SUV to the Indian market. The luxury SUV was discontinued in 2023, but BMW is now bringing it back as a CBU (Completely Built Unit) model. Interested customers can book the SUV through BMW dealerships or the company’s official website.
The BMW X6 M60i continues with its bold coupe-SUV design that combines SUV practicality with a sporty silhouette.
At the front, the SUV gets BMW’s signature gloss-black kidney grille, slim LED headlamps with sharp DRL signatures, and aggressive bumper styling with large air intakes. The side profile features 21-inch alloy wheels, red brake calipers, black ORVMs, and sporty side skirts.
At the rear, the SUV gets sleek LED tail-lamps, a gloss-black bumper, and twin exhaust outlets that add to its sporty appeal.
The X6 M60i measures 4,960 mm in length and comes with a 2,975 mm wheelbase. It also offers 580 litres of boot space.

Inside, the X6 M60i gets BMW’s latest premium cabin layout with a curved dual-screen setup. This includes a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display.
The SUV is also expected to offer:
The India-spec model is expected to carry most of these features from the international version.
Powering the BMW X6 M60i is a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The setup produces 523 hp and 750 Nm of torque.
The engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox with BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system. BMW claims the SUV can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 4.3 seconds, while top speed is electronically limited to 250 kmph.
The SUV also gets rear-wheel steering, an electronically controlled rear differential, and M Sport brakes for improved handling and performance.
BMW has not announced the official price yet, but the X6 M60i is expected to be priced around Rs 1.40 crore (ex-showroom).
Once launched, it will compete with luxury performance SUVs like the Audi SQ8, Mercedes-AMG GLE Coupe, and Porsche Cayenne Coupe in India.
