Citroen C3 now gets a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, replacing the old 1.6-litre naturally aspirated engine. The new engine comes with an automatic transmission at R$ 95,990 (Rs 16.74 lakh), making it the cheapest turbo automatic car in Brazil.
The C3 hatchback is available in four variants; You, Feel, Live Pack, and Live. The new turbo petrol automatic choice is offered only in the You variant. The hatchback now takes power from the Stellantis's 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine which can produce 125/135hp, mated with a 7-speed CVT automatic transmission. The brand says that the new engine can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 8.5 seconds with gasoline and 8.5 seconds with ethanol.
Visually, the C3 hatchback features some exterior design elements in a Blue shade - around the fog lights, on the side appliques, and on the C-pillars. Besides, it gets 15-inch wheels in the Black shade.
Colour-wise, the hatchback gets three dual-tone exterior paint schemes - Artense Grey with Black, Graphite Grey with Black, and Banquise White with Black.
Moving on the inside, the C3 hatchback gets some Blue details on the seats, dashboard, and carpets. In terms of features, it gets a 10.25-inch screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and sound controls on the steering wheel. Safety-wise, it gets dual airbags, rear-view camera, and traction & stability controls.
