Hyundai Motor India is all set to introduce the performance version of its highly successful compact SUV - the Creta. The launch date for Creta N-Line is the 11th of March. Upon introduction, this will be the third N-Line model from the brand in the country. Other models in the brand's product portfolio happen to be the i20 N-Line and Venue N-Line.
Recently spied images of the New Hyundai Creta N-Line hinted at some exterior and interior updates compared to the standard facelifted Creta. However, the mechanical aspects will remain unchanged.
While the official launch and pricing details are yet to be revealed, here's a glimpse of what to anticipate:
The South Korean automaker will introduce the Creta N-Line featuring Thunder Blue alongside new Matte Grey colour options. In terms of design, the compact SUV will exude an aggressive appeal with distinct front and rear bumpers, a prominent roof spoiler, and 18-inch wheels. Consistent with other N-Line models, it will showcase red accents and 'N Line' badges inside and outside.
Moving on to the interior, the vehicle will adopt an all-black theme for the cabin, complemented by an N-Line-specific gear lever and steering wheel. The incorporation of red accents is apparent in the black leather upholstery, air conditioning vents, and around the display screens on the dashboard.
The performance version will be powered by the same turbo-petrol engine, offered in the facelifted Creta. The powertrain in question happens to be a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor capable of generating 158 bhp of power with 253 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT.
