Mahindra launched the highly talked-about BE 6 electric SUV in three trim levels: Pack One, Pack Two, and Pack Three. The base level Pack One variant is available starting at Rs. 18.90 lakh, whereas the top end Pack Three has a bigger battery pack at a price tag of Rs. 30.50 lakh. BE 6 comes to the market looking very contemporary in design with premium features and with the most advance electric technology ever. It is based on a new platform targeted to redefine electric mobility. As part of its product portfolio, Mahindra also unveiled the price and timeline for its XEV 9e SUV. That gives even more choices for the electric car buyer.
Mahindra BE 6 is available with two battery packs, with the Pack Three high variant coming with the larger 79 kWh unit and the entry variant with the 59 kWh pack. The variants come with a single electric motor. In the base variant, it pumps out 227.84 bhp while in Pack Three, it churns 282.08 bhp, with both offering the same torque figure of 380 Nm. The claimed range comes in at 557 km using the MIDC cycle for the 59 kWh variant and 683 km for the 79 kWh variant. Both variants come along with an RWD drivetrain.

Pack Three Select is priced at Rs. 24.50 lakh, ex-showroom. It comes with 59kWh battery pack. Deliveries will start from June 2025. Here are features over Pack Two:

Bookings for the BE 6 will be available from 14 February 2025, 9 AM. Deliveries are scheduled to start in March 2025 with the Pack Three 79 kWh variant, with deliveries spread across the calendar year. The quoted price is exclusive of the cost of the charger and installation. Two options are available: an additional 7.2 kW charger will be Rs. 50,000, while the 11.2 kW option will cost Rs. 75,000.
