The much-anticipated new-gen Mercedes-Benz CLA electric has finally been revealed in India. Mercedes has confirmed that the new electric sedan will go on sale in our market in April 2026, and its official bookings will commence on March 10, 2026. It will be the brand’s entry-level electric offering, and comes as a replacement for the A-Class Limousine, EQA and EQB EVs.
Launch - April 2026

The new CLA EV is based on the brand’s new 800-volt electrical architecture. Mercedes will launch the base-spec 85kWh 250+ variant in our market, which is claimed to offer a range of 792km on the WLTP cycle.
