Recently, Tata Motors made waves at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo by revealing the pre-production Curvv SUV coupe. While much attention has been focused on its sleek exterior design, enthusiasts eagerly awaited their first glimpse of the interior. Now, the wait is over as the brand has revealed the interior of the upcoming coupe.
Let's delve into more details:
The interior of the Curvv SUV coupe mirrors the modern styling seen in the latest Nexon model. Sporting a layered dashboard layout, it boasts a 10.25-inch touchscreen in the centre, complemented by a 2-spoke steering wheel.
While certain features like the touch-based climate control module and a sunroof are not evident in the current images, these equipment are anticipated to enhance comfort and convenience.
The Curvv will pack a punch with its robust 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine. It is expected to deliver a power output of 113 bhp and an impressive torque of 260 Nm. Mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, this powertrain should offer an exhilarating driving experience with ample power and torque for any adventure on the road.
The company plans to introduce the electric version of the Curvv SUV coupe in the second quarter of FY2025. This means we can expect the launch between July and September 2024 for the Curvv EV. Following shortly after, the diesel-powered variant of the vehicle will hit the markets within 3 to 4 months, likely around Diwali this year. Lastly, the petrol version will be the final addition to the lineup, completing the trio of offerings from the automobile manufacturer.
