Tata Altroz DCT Automatic has been launched between the price range of Rs 8.10 lakhs to Rs 9.90 lakhs (ex-showroom) Delhi
The automatic version of Tata Motors premium hatchback Altroz has finally been launched in India. Introductory price of 2022 Tata Altroz DCT starts at Rs 8.10 lakhs and goes all the way up to Rs 9.90 lakhs (ex-showroom), Delhi. The hatchback is being offered in a total of 7 variants that include two Dark Edition models as well. Plus there is a new paint shade called Opera Blue as part of the package.

Tata Altroz DCT Automatic Engine and Transmission Options:
2022 Tata Altroz DCT Automatic comes equipped with a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that delivers a maximum power output of 86bhp with 113 Nm of peak torque. This is the same power unit which can also be found on the model’s manual version. As the name suggests, the biggest edition here is the inclusion of a new 6-speed dual clutch transmission. Featuring shift-by-wire technology according to the automaker, the gearbox has been made keeping in mind Indian road conditions and the weather. There is no paddle shift on offer but what it does provide is a manual mode which can be found on the gear stick itself. Plus its overall weight has now gone up by 20 kgs.
Tata Altroz DCT Automatic Interior:
The interior of the 2022 Tata Altroz DCT Automatic remains identical to that of the manual versions. Thus the feature list on-board include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, push-start stop button, digital instrument cluster, iRA connected car technology, leatherette upholstery and more. As far safety equipment is concerned there has been a new addition in the form of Auto Park Lock. What this function does is that it automatically engages the park mode once the driver gets out of the car if at all he or she forgot to do so. As for Altroz DCT Dark Edition it gets an all-back cabin with black wheels.
Tata Altroz DCT Automatic Colour Options:
2022 Tata Altroz DCT Automatic offers a new colour option in the form of Opera Blue. Rest of the paint shades include the mention of Downtown Red, Avenue White, Arcade Grey, Harbour Blue and Cosmo Black.
The new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 ZX variant is priced at Rs 2.31 crore, while the off-road spec GR-S variant is tagged at Rs 2.41 crore (ex-showroom, India).
