Kia’s all-new second-generation Seltos is gearing up for its global debut on December 10, 2025. While we’ve already seen teasers of the exterior, new interior images have now been revealed, giving us a closer look at the redesigned cabin. Here’s what you can expect from the 2026 Kia Seltos.

The New-Gen Kia Seltos offers a bold new look with a modern, premium interior. The test mule spotted in the GT Line variant comes with a stylish black-and-cream dual-tone theme. One of the key upgrades is the new 3-spoke steering wheel, which has GT Line-specific trim for a sporty yet elegant vibe. The updated cabin layout is cleaner and more ergonomic, with a focus on user-friendly design.
A standout feature in the New Seltos interior is the merged infotainment and digital driver display. This single, connected panel gives the cabin a futuristic and upscale feel. The curved design aligns with Kia’s evolving global style and enhances the premium atmosphere.
The New-Gen Kia Seltos Interior doesn’t just look good, but it’s designed to feel good too. The dashboard has been refreshed with slimmer AC vents and a new HVAC control panel. Ambient lighting strips along the dashboard and door trims add a warm glow, creating a welcoming space.
In addition, the cabin now features textured inserts and contrast stitching on the seats and center console, further elevating the overall quality and premium feel. These small details make a significant difference in the driving experience, making it both stylish and comfortable.
Another big change in the 2026 Kia Seltos is the increased cabin space, particularly in the second row. The updated platform means the SUV is slightly larger, offering more legroom and a more comfortable ride for rear passengers. Whether you’re on a long road trip or a quick city drive, passengers will appreciate the extra space.
Under the hood, the New-Gen Seltos is expected to continue with the 1.5L NA petrol, 1.5L turbo-petrol, and 1.5L diesel engines. However, there’s a notable upgrade in the diesel variant with the introduction of a 7-speed automatic transmission, replacing the older 6AT. For global markets, the 2026 Kia Seltos will also offer a 1.6L hybrid option, delivering 141 hp and 265 Nm of torque, improving fuel efficiency and performance.
The 2026 Kia Seltos will also come equipped with an expanded suite of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Expect to see Level 2 ADAS with enhanced sensors, updated software, and additional safety technologies designed to keep both drivers and passengers safe. With the increasing competition from other popular models like the new Creta, Grand Vitara, and Tata Sierra, Kia is focused on offering superior safety features to stay competitive.

The global premiere of the 2026 Kia Seltos is scheduled for December 10, 2025, with the India launch expected in early 2026. Extensive local road testing is already underway, signaling that the SUV is nearing its release in the Indian market. Stay tuned for more updates as Kia prepares to bring the New-Gen Kia Seltos to India.
